Dental reputation management for cosmetic and implant dentists

A smile makeover is booked
on the strength of your reviews.

Dental reputation management starts with the cases that matter. Veneers, implants and full smile design are large, considered decisions. We remove the reviews and pages that talk patients out of them, and you pay only once each one is gone.

Starting at $500 a review Google and Trustpilot $600 each for 1 to 5, dropping to $400 at 100+. Yelp $750, dropping to $600 at 21+. You pay when it is gone No charge if it comes back Confidential
Quiet by design

Nobody sees us in it.

Your engagement is confidential. We never name our clients and never post or publish anything about the work, so anyone who searches for you finds a cleaner page and no trace of us.

What it costs you

Dental reputation management for the big cases.

Routine dentistry is chosen on insurance and convenience. Cosmetic and implant cases are different: a patient who is about to spend years of savings on veneers or a full-arch restoration reads every review, looks at the dentist's name, and checks what others say about outcomes and fees.

That patient is also worth far more than a hygiene visit. One accepted full-mouth case can carry a month of revenue for the practice, which is why one hostile review on page one is so expensive for the owner.

Dentists have limits on how they can reply to patients publicly. Removing the review is usually the cleaner route.

Large cases, careful readers

Patients considering a major restoration read the worst reviews first, looking for a reason not to proceed.

Fee complaints travel

Disputes about cost and treatment plans appear on several sites. Each copy lowers the next patient's confidence.

Silent no-shows

Patients who read a bad review never call to explain. They simply book the next practice on the list.

Who we work with: Cosmetic dentists, implant and prosthodontic practices, smile design studios, orthodontists with an adult elective base, and multi-location dental groups.
Scope of practice

Everything we take off the web.

Removal first, on every surface. What genuinely cannot come down gets displaced, and you are told which is which before you spend anything.

Titles we can place coverage in. Availability, editorial fit, and cost vary by publication and are confirmed before any campaign begins. Placements are paid and disclosed as required. Naming a title here indicates placement capability, not a partnership, endorsement, or any existing relationship with that publication.

Paid media

Match their spend. We will beat their results.

Once your search results are clean, the ads finally convert. We run the whole stack, and we put our fee behind the outcome.

1:1

Spend parity, better return

Fund the campaign at what your closest competitor spends and we will beat their cost per qualified lead. Miss it over the agreed measurement window and you do not pay our management fee for that period.

All

Every platform that matters

Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Microsoft, plus Reddit, Quora, and Yelp. One team, one report, no subcontracting.

Discretion

Private for you, private for your patients.

Smile makeover patients value discretion about their treatment, and so do the dentists who treat them. What you send us is used only to evaluate your matter, and nothing about the engagement is announced.

You send us the practice and the pages that concern you, and we tell you what can come down and what it costs before any charge.

Our commitments

Commitments, in writing.

$0

Until the review is gone

You are not charged for a review until it is confirmed gone. Starting at $500 a review. Google and Trustpilot $600 each for 1 to 5, dropping to $400 at 100+. Yelp $750, dropping to $600 at 21+. No deposit, and nothing charged for a review that stays up.

0

Dollars when it comes back

If something we removed is reposted, we take it down again at no charge. Deeper work carries a deposit and keeps the full refund on anything still published at 14 days.

How it works

Two ways in. The same straight answer.

Some clients know exactly which page is the problem. Others only know that something is wrong. Either route ends in the same place: a list of what can come down, what each item costs, and how long it takes.

Route one

Run a scan

Give us the name and the practice. We search the open internet for everything negative attached to it: reviews on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot, plus articles, forum threads, videos, images, records sites, and what the AI assistants now repeat when a prospective patient asks about you. You get back an itemised list, including the things you did not know were there.

Start a scan

Route two

Send us the links

You already know what the problem is. Paste the URLs and we go straight to assessing them. No discovery, no waiting on a report you did not need. Most clients who arrive this way have one review, one article, or one video in mind.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you remove a review that is accurate, or one written by a real customer?

Whether a review is fair, accurate or written by a genuine customer does not decide whether we can move it. We assess each review, tell you before you spend anything whether we expect to remove it, and never bill an item we decline. You pay only once a review is confirmed gone.

Can you remove reviews about fees or treatment plans?

Yes. The subject of a review does not decide whether we can move it. We assess each one, tell you before you spend whether we expect to remove it, and never bill an item we decline.

Do you remove a large number of reviews all at once?

No. Larger orders are removed gradually, paced over time, so your review profile changes the way it naturally would rather than all at once. Most reviews come down within 24 to 48 hours, and some take a little longer.

Will this affect my Google Business Profile?

The process is discreet. Nothing is added to or posted on your profile, nothing is announced publicly, and your listing, your other reviews and your information stay as they are. The reviews we remove simply no longer appear.

How discreet and private is this?

Privacy is our first priority. Your engagement is confidential: we never name our clients, never discuss your account with anyone outside the work, and never post or publish anything about it. Matter data is handled on a need-to-know basis, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing support@erasemyreputation.com.

How much does it cost?

Review removal on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot starts at $500 a review. Google and Trustpilot are $600 each for 1 to 5, $575 for 6 to 10, $550 for 11 to 20, $500 for 21 to 99 and $400 for 100 or more, counted together. Yelp is $750 each for 1 to 5, $700 for 6 to 10, $650 for 11 to 20 and $600 for 21 or more, counted separately. You are invoiced only once a review is confirmed gone, with no deposit and nothing charged for a review that stays up.

How long does removal take?

Most reviews come down within 24 to 48 hours, and some take a little longer. That is typical, not a promise about any single review, and you are never charged for one that stays up.
