What we do
Our core service is review removal on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot. For the wider service, see online reputation management. Each review is priced before you commit, starting at $500 a review, and charged only once it is confirmed gone. Most accepted reviews come down within 24 to 48 hours, and some take a little longer. Whether a review comes down is decided by the platform, so our commitments are about billing: a review that stays up is never charged. See published pricing and our payment terms.
We also take on articles, search results, forum posts, videos and records. That work is quoted per item in writing, carries a deposit and comes with a 14-day refund on any accepted item still published. How we work
- Assessment first. Our scanner, Reputation Hound, finds the negative reviews tied to a business and ranks them by the damage they do. You can also send us specific links.
- Realistic matters only. We accept matters where removal is realistic and decline the rest, and an item we decline is never billed.
- Lawful means only. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Matters that need legal action go to licensed counsel.
