Payment terms.

Effective October 10, 2026. These terms cover orders placed through your Erase My Reputation account. Erase My Reputation is a trade name of ReputationHound LLC.

In short: we place a hold on your card when you order, and you are charged only for reviews we confirm are gone, at most once a day, at the price per review set when you ordered. Anything we cannot remove is never charged.

1. Prices

Reviews on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot share one set of volume tiers and are counted together: the tier is set by the total number of reviews in your order when you place it, and every review in the order is billed at that price, only once it is confirmed gone. There is no deposit on review work.

Reviews in the orderPrice per review
1 to 5$750
6 to 10$700
11 to 20$650
21 to 99$600
100 or more$575

The price per review is fixed when you place the order and does not change if some reviews turn out not to be removable. Prices are in US dollars. Non-review work (articles, websites, videos, social posts, forum content, search results and records) carries a deposit and is quoted per item in writing before any work begins, with a 14-day refund.

Each order is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

2. What you authorize at checkout

If you pay by card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, Cash App Pay or Amazon Pay, which are held and charged the same way):

If you pay by bank account (US accounts, offered on larger orders): nothing is held or charged at checkout. You authorize us to debit the account, once a day at most, for reviews confirmed gone, up to your order total. Bank debits can take a few business days to settle.

Your saved card or bank account is used only for the order you authorized. Your total charges for that order can never exceed its order total. A new order needs a new authorization. By ordering, you confirm you are authorized to use the card you provide.

3. When you are charged

4. The hold

The first reviews confirmed gone are paid from the hold. If the hold is not fully used within six days, we charge only what has been confirmed gone by then and release the rest of the hold. When a released hold disappears from your available balance depends on your bank, usually within a few business days. Reviews confirmed gone after that are charged to your saved card as described above.

5. Reviews we cannot remove

Whether a review comes down is ultimately decided by the platform that hosts it, so we cannot guarantee the removal of any particular review. That is why you pay only for reviews confirmed gone. You are never charged for a review we cannot remove; we mark it "not removable, no charge" in your dashboard and email you. We act only through lawful means and the platforms' own processes.

6. If a review comes back

If a review we removed reappears within 30 days of being confirmed gone, we refund what you paid for it in full, or, if you prefer, request its removal again at no charge. After 30 days we still request its removal again at no charge. No review is ever charged twice.

7. Declined or expired cards

If a charge is declined, we email you to update your card and try again. We may pause work on the rest of the order until the card is updated. Reviews already confirmed gone remain payable.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel any reviews that have not yet been removed at any time by replying to your order email or writing to support@erasemyreputation.com. Cancelled reviews are not charged. Reviews confirmed gone before you cancel remain payable. If you cancel the whole order before any review is confirmed gone, we release the hold in full.

9. Other work

Deeper removal work (pages, videos, records and search results) is quoted in writing, may carry a deposit, and keeps our 14-day refund: any accepted item still published 14 days after work begins is refunded in full.

10. Questions and disputes

Every charge is listed with its reviews in your dashboard. If anything looks wrong, contact us first at support@erasemyreputation.com and we will make it right. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we may share the dated check records showing the review was confirmed gone.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply only to orders placed after the update; the terms shown when you ordered govern that order. Erase My Reputation is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. See also our Terms of Service and privacy notice.
