For advisors, family offices and private banks

Clients entrust you with their money.
They search your name first.

Trust is the whole product. We remove the reviews, complaints and old articles that rank against advisors and firms, and you pay only once each one is gone.

Starting at $500 a review Google and Trustpilot $600 each for 1 to 5, dropping to $400 at 100+. Yelp $750, dropping to $600 at 21+. You pay when it is gone No charge if it comes back Confidential
Quiet by design

Nobody sees us in it.

Your engagement is confidential. We never name our clients and never post or publish anything about the work, so anyone who searches for you finds a cleaner page and no trace of us.

What it costs you

Trust is the only product.

An advisor sells judgement, and the client has no way to test it before they hand over the assets. They look for evidence of trust instead: introductions, credentials and what comes up when they search the name.

A single unhappy former client, a complaint on a review site, or a dated article can sit on page one and carry more weight than years of quiet performance. Advisors are limited by compliance in what they may say in reply, which leaves the post unanswered.

Relationships in this field run for decades, so one lost prospect is a very large loss. Removing the page at the source is the discreet answer.

Introductions are checked

Even a warm referral ends with a search. What comes up decides whether the call is made.

Compliance limits the reply

Advisors cannot argue a case in public, so a damaging review simply stays where it is.

Decades of client value

One mandate can last a generation. A single lost prospect costs far more than the visible fee.

Who we work with: Independent wealth advisors, RIAs, family offices, private banks and trust companies, multi-family office partners, and boutique investment firms.

AI assistants

The record ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews repeat about you, corrected at the source.

Verification

We prepare and manage your official platform verification application end to end.

Coverage placed across national and trade publications.

Reddit & Quora

Organic presence where buyers ask for recommendations and AI assistants go to find answers.

Yelp

Listing management and paid placement on the platform your local buyers still open first.

Titles we can place coverage in. Availability, editorial fit, and cost vary by publication and are confirmed before any campaign begins. Placements are paid and disclosed as required. Naming a title here indicates placement capability, not a partnership, endorsement, or any existing relationship with that publication.

Discretion

Confidential, as your clients expect.

Your clients are private people and your firm is built on confidence. What you send us is used only to evaluate your matter, and nothing about the engagement is announced or published.

We are not a law firm and give no legal or regulatory advice. Matters that need legal action are referred to licensed counsel.

Our commitments

Commitments, in writing.

$0

Until the review is gone

You are not charged for a review until it is confirmed gone. Starting at $500 a review. Google and Trustpilot $600 each for 1 to 5, dropping to $400 at 100+. Yelp $750, dropping to $600 at 21+. No deposit, and nothing charged for a review that stays up.

0

Dollars when it comes back

If something we removed is reposted, we take it down again at no charge. Deeper work carries a deposit and keeps the full refund on anything still published at 14 days.

How it works

Two ways in. The same straight answer.

Some clients know exactly which page is the problem. Others only know that something is wrong. Either route ends in the same place: a list of what can come down, what each item costs, and how long it takes.

Route one

Run a scan

Give us the name and the firm. We search the open internet for everything negative attached to it: reviews on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot, plus articles, forum threads, videos, images, records sites, and what the AI assistants now repeat when a prospective client asks about you. You get back an itemised list, including the things you did not know were there.

Start a scan

Route two

Send us the links

You already know what the problem is. Paste the URLs and we go straight to assessing them. No discovery, no waiting on a report you did not need. Most clients who arrive this way have one review, one article, or one video in mind.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you remove a review that is accurate, or one written by a real customer?

Whether a review is fair, accurate or written by a genuine customer does not decide whether we can move it. We assess each review, tell you before you spend anything whether we expect to remove it, and never bill an item we decline. You pay only once a review is confirmed gone.

Can you remove articles and complaint pages as well as reviews?

Yes. Reviews are billed only once confirmed gone. Articles, websites, videos, social posts, search results and records are quoted per item, with a deposit and a full refund for any accepted item still published at fourteen days.

Do you remove a large number of reviews all at once?

No. Larger orders are removed gradually, paced over time, so your review profile changes the way it naturally would rather than all at once. Most reviews come down within 24 to 48 hours, and some take a little longer.

Will this affect my Google Business Profile?

The process is discreet. Nothing is added to or posted on your profile, nothing is announced publicly, and your listing, your other reviews and your information stay as they are. The reviews we remove simply no longer appear.

How discreet and private is this?

Privacy is our first priority. Your engagement is confidential: we never name our clients, never discuss your account with anyone outside the work, and never post or publish anything about it. Matter data is handled on a need-to-know basis, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing support@erasemyreputation.com.

How much does it cost?

Review removal on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot starts at $500 a review. Google and Trustpilot are $600 each for 1 to 5, $575 for 6 to 10, $550 for 11 to 20, $500 for 21 to 99 and $400 for 100 or more, counted together. Yelp is $750 each for 1 to 5, $700 for 6 to 10, $650 for 11 to 20 and $600 for 21 or more, counted separately. You are invoiced only once a review is confirmed gone, with no deposit and nothing charged for a review that stays up.

How long does removal take?

Most reviews come down within 24 to 48 hours, and some take a little longer. That is typical, not a promise about any single review, and you are never charged for one that stays up.
