How to remove a review on Facebook
Facebook calls them recommendations, and a Page admin cannot delete one. Here is what you can do instead.
A Page admin cannot delete another person's Facebook review or recommendation. You can report it if it breaks Community Standards, ask the writer to edit or delete it, or hide the Reviews tab. Can you delete a review on your Facebook Page?
Not someone else's. Facebook now frames reviews as recommendations, and a Page admin cannot delete a recommendation another person left. What an admin can do is report it, ask the writer to change it, or hide the section.

What can a Page admin do?
- Open the recommendation and read it closely. Decide whether it breaks Facebook's Community Standards, for example hate speech, harassment, threats, or a person impersonating someone else.
- Report it. Use the menu on the recommendation and choose the report option, then the reason that fits. Describe the problem in plain terms if Facebook asks.
- Reply in public. A short, courteous reply tells future readers how the business treats problems. Do not argue.
- Ask the writer to edit or delete it. The person who wrote a recommendation can change or delete it from their own account. If you have resolved the issue, a polite message may be enough. Never offer money or favors in return.
- Consider turning off the Reviews tab. In the Page's settings, admins can usually switch off the reviews section. That hides the section. It does not delete a single recommendation, and visitors may read it as a sign something is being hidden.

Open your recommendation on the Page, use the menu on it, and choose the option to delete. You can also edit it instead of deleting it.
Why do reports often fail?
Facebook reviews reports against its Community Standards. A recommendation that is harsh but within the rules usually stays. A report with no clear reason, or one filed several times, is unlikely to help.
Hiding the tab has its own cost. Prospective customers who look for reviews and find none may assume the worst, and the recommendation can still be seen by anyone who reaches it another way.
