How much does review removal cost?
The published prices, worked examples, how billing works, and what to ask any reputation management provider before you pay.
Review removal costs $600 each for 1 to 5 Google or Trustpilot reviews, falling to $400 each at 100 or more. Yelp is $750 each for 1 to 5, falling to $600 at 21 or more. You are charged only for each review confirmed gone, with no deposit. Everything else is quoted per item in writing.
What does review removal cost?
Review removal on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot is priced per review, and the price falls as the order grows. Google and Trustpilot reviews share one set of tiers and are counted together. Yelp reviews have their own tiers and are counted separately.
Here are the published prices, in US dollars, for each review in the order:
- 1 to 5 reviews. Google and Trustpilot $600 each. Yelp $750 each.
- 6 to 10 reviews. Google and Trustpilot $575 each. Yelp $700 each.
- 11 to 20 reviews. Google and Trustpilot $550 each. Yelp $650 each.
- 21 to 99 reviews. Google and Trustpilot $500 each. Yelp $600 each.
- 100 or more reviews. Google and Trustpilot $400 each. Yelp $600 each.
The tier is set by the number of reviews in your order when you place it, and it is locked for that order. Every review in the order is billed at that tier's price.

What do real orders add up to?
Worked totals, using the prices above, if every review in the order is removed:
- 5 Google reviews. 5 at $600 is $3,000.
- 8 Google and 4 Trustpilot reviews. These count together as 12, so each is $550. The total is $6,600.
- 6 Yelp reviews. 6 at $700 is $4,200.
- 6 Google reviews and 3 Yelp reviews. The Google reviews are $575 each, $3,450. The Yelp reviews are $750 each, $2,250. The total is $5,700.
- 25 Google and Trustpilot reviews. 25 at $500 is $12,500.
- 120 Google and Trustpilot reviews. 120 at $400 is $48,000.
If only some reviews in an order are removed, you pay for those. Four of five Google reviews gone means four at $600, which is $2,400.
How is review removal billed?
A hold is placed on your card when you order. You are charged only for each review confirmed gone, at most once a day, at the price set when you ordered. There is no deposit on review work. Nothing is charged for a review that stays up.
Larger orders are paced gradually, so your review profile changes the way it naturally would. Most reviews come down within 24 to 48 hours, and some take a little longer. If a removed item is reposted, it is removed again at no charge for as long as you remain a client. The written terms are on the payment terms page.
What about everything that is not a review?
Articles, websites, videos, social posts, forum content, search results and records are non-review work. They are not on the review ladder. Each item is quoted in writing before you commit. The work carries a deposit, and any accepted item still published 14 days after work begins is refunded in full.
That includes complaint and listing pages, such as PissedConsumer or TheDirty, and platform reviews outside the ladder, such as Amazon and Facebook. Bundled pricing may be available on larger matters and is set at assessment.
What should you ask any reputation provider?
Reputation management pricing differs across the field, and so do billing terms. The terms often matter more than the headline number. Ask these before you pay:
- When are you charged? Before the work, or only once each item is confirmed gone?
- What happens if an item stays up? Is there a refund, and who decides?
- What happens if it comes back? Is a repost removed again, and is there a second charge?
- Is the price fixed in writing? A quote you can read beats a figure on a call.
- Is it a retainer or a per-item price? A monthly fee can run on long after the problem is solved.
The same questions apply to broader programs. See online reputation management for how the pieces fit together.
What does doing it yourself cost?
Reporting a review costs nothing but time. Each platform has its own route, and each decides on its own schedule. It can work, and the guides on this site explain how. What it cannot do is give you a price, a timeline or a charge-only-if-it-works arrangement. If you would rather hand it over, a scan shows what can come down and what each item would cost.
