erasemyreputation
For luxury venues and planners

A wedding is booked once,
on a single impression.

Couples and hosts spend a year on one day and choose a venue by its reviews. We remove the reviews and pages that cost venues and planners their best dates, and you pay only once each one is gone.

Starting at $500 a review Google and Trustpilot $600 each for 1 to 5, dropping to $400 at 100+. Yelp $750, dropping to $600 at 21+. You pay when it is gone No charge if it comes back Confidential
Quiet by design

Nobody sees us in it.

Your engagement is confidential. We never name our clients and never post or publish anything about the work, so anyone who searches for you finds a cleaner page and no trace of us.

What it costs you

One date, one chance.

Couples and hosts book a venue once. There is no second try, so they read every review looking for the story that goes wrong: the vendor that did not arrive, the deposit that was not returned, the planner who disappeared.

Peak dates book out a year ahead, and each lost inquiry is a date that may not be sold again. Planners face the same scrutiny, because their name is attached to every event.

Event reviews are emotional, and a bad day produces long, vivid reviews. Hosts are limited in how they can reply, so the story stays at the top.

A single chance

Nobody rebooks a wedding. Hosts read the worst reviews to avoid a mistake they cannot repeat.

Peak dates are scarce

A lost inquiry for a prime Saturday is rarely replaced.

Planners carry the name

A review about one event follows the planner into every future search.

Who we work with: Luxury wedding venues, estates and private event spaces, wedding and event planners, florists and designers, caterers, and destination event companies.
Scope of practice

Everything we take off the web.

Removal first, on every surface. What genuinely cannot come down gets displaced, and you are told which is which before you spend anything.

Search results

Defamatory articles, blog posts, and whole attack sites taken off the web at the source.

Google reviews

One-star reviews and coordinated review attacks cleared, priced by how recent each one is.

YouTube

Videos naming you removed, and hijacked or lost channels recovered.

Instagram & Facebook

Defamatory posts and accounts removed. Locked or disabled accounts recovered.

TikTok

Takedowns on posts and accounts, plus recovery of banned or locked accounts.

Reddit

Threads and comments removed, including the ones ranking on your name.

Trustpilot & directories

Reviews and listings removed from the platforms your buyers actually check.

Records & mugshots

Old filings and dismissed charges delisted from the aggregators that profit from them.

AI assistants

The record ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews repeat about you, corrected at the source.

Verification

We prepare and manage your official platform verification application end to end.

Press placement

Coverage placed across national and trade publications.

Reddit & Quora

Organic presence where buyers ask for recommendations and AI assistants go to find answers.

Yelp

Listing management and paid placement on the platform your local buyers still open first.

Google & Meta ads

Search, Performance Max, Facebook and Instagram, run by the team that cleaned up your search results.

Every major ad platform

TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Microsoft, managed under one roof with one report.

Where we work for venues and planners: Google, Yelp and Trustpilot reviews, plus the articles, forum threads, videos and social posts that rank on your venue or your name.

Titles we can place coverage in. Availability, editorial fit, and cost vary by publication and are confirmed before any campaign begins. Placements are paid and disclosed as required. Naming a title here indicates placement capability, not a partnership, endorsement, or any existing relationship with that publication.

Paid media

Match their spend. We will beat their results.

Once your search results are clean, the ads finally convert. We run the whole stack, and we put our fee behind the outcome.

1:1

Spend parity, better return

Fund the campaign at what your closest competitor spends and we will beat their cost per qualified lead. Miss it over the agreed measurement window and you do not pay our management fee for that period.

All

Every platform that matters

Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Microsoft, plus Reddit, Quora, and Yelp. One team, one report, no subcontracting.

Discretion

Your clients' day, kept private.

Hosts value privacy about their event and about any dispute. What you send us is used only to evaluate your matter, and nothing is announced or published.

Your clients and vendors never take part. You send us the venue or business and the pages that concern you, and we report back with what can come down and what each item costs.

Our commitments

Commitments, in writing.

$0

Until the review is gone

You are not charged for a review until it is confirmed gone. Starting at $500 a review. Google and Trustpilot $600 each for 1 to 5, dropping to $400 at 100+. Yelp $750, dropping to $600 at 21+. No deposit, and nothing charged for a review that stays up.

0

Dollars when it comes back

If something we removed is reposted, we take it down again at no charge. Deeper work carries a deposit and keeps the full refund on anything still published at 14 days.

How it works

Two ways in. The same straight answer.

Some clients know exactly which page is the problem. Others only know that something is wrong. Either route ends in the same place: a list of what can come down, what each item costs, and how long it takes.

Route one

Run a scan

Give us the name and the venue or business. We search the open internet for everything negative attached to it: reviews on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot, plus articles, forum threads, videos, images, records sites, and what the AI assistants now repeat when a prospective host asks about you. You get back an itemised list, including the things you did not know were there.

Start a scan

Route two

Send us the links

You already know what the problem is. Paste the URLs and we go straight to assessing them. No discovery, no waiting on a report you did not need. Most clients who arrive this way have one review, one article, or one video in mind.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you remove a review that is accurate, or one written by a real customer?

Whether a review is fair, accurate or written by a genuine customer does not decide whether we can move it. We assess each review, tell you before you spend anything whether we expect to remove it, and never bill an item we decline. You pay only once a review is confirmed gone.

Can you remove reviews from a couple who disputed a deposit?

Yes. A dispute does not decide whether we can move a review. We assess each one, tell you before you spend whether we expect to remove it, and never bill an item we decline.

Do you remove a large number of reviews all at once?

No. Larger orders are removed gradually, paced over time, so your review profile changes the way it naturally would rather than all at once. Most reviews come down within 24 to 48 hours, and some take a little longer.

Will this affect my Google Business Profile?

The process is discreet. Nothing is added to or posted on your profile, nothing is announced publicly, and your listing, your other reviews and your information stay as they are. The reviews we remove simply no longer appear.

How discreet and private is this?

Privacy is our first priority. Your engagement is confidential: we never name our clients, never discuss your account with anyone outside the work, and never post or publish anything about it. Matter data is handled on a need-to-know basis, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing support@erasemyreputation.com.

How much does it cost?

Review removal on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot starts at $500 a review. Google and Trustpilot are $600 each for 1 to 5, $575 for 6 to 10, $550 for 11 to 20, $500 for 21 to 99 and $400 for 100 or more, counted together. Yelp is $750 each for 1 to 5, $700 for 6 to 10, $650 for 11 to 20 and $600 for 21 or more, counted separately. You are invoiced only once a review is confirmed gone, with no deposit and nothing charged for a review that stays up.

How long does removal take?

Most reviews come down within 24 to 48 hours, and some take a little longer. That is typical, not a promise about any single review, and you are never charged for one that stays up.
